2. Solving queries and concerns on the call
3. Arranging for any service required by the Customer
4. Provide Customer with product and service information
5. Sell Products to eligible Customers
6. Up sell Products and Service
7. Follow-up on customer inquires and resolve
8. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
9. Recommend process improvements.
