Job Description :
- Backend/Non-Voice Process
- Prepare Processing Documentation for various processes (US Benefits-Plans).
- Responsible for ongoing delivery of quality services.
- Maintain documentation of SOP and operating instructions.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any UG/PG (Result Awaiting also considered) 2010-2011 Batch.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel
- Good Communication Skill.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
Compensation :
- Training period stipend: 5000/-per month +cab Facility (Pick& Drop).
